Buyer questions

Choosing between Watch, Manage and Optimize

Who each level is for, what happens at 3 AM, and what counts as a standard site.

What is the difference between Watch, Manage and Optimize?

Watch notifies your team: 24/7 up/down monitoring, asset tracking and daily configuration backups. Manage adds remediation - we fix outages and make firewall, VLAN and SSID changes. Optimize adds performance and continuity work: SD-WAN tuning, annual failover testing with validation reports and a priority SLA.

What happens at 3 AM when a site goes down?

Watch notifies your nominated contacts within 30 minutes for a P1. Manage acknowledges a P1 to our engineers in 20 minutes and works it to resolution; Optimize commits to a 15-minute engineer response with a two-hour resolution target. Response times are contractual and backed by service credits.

What counts as one site?

A standard site is two high-availability firewalls, one switch and two wireless access points. Additional devices at the same location are priced incrementally, so a large office or a trading floor is scoped rather than assumed.

Do we have to change our hardware vendors or carrier?

No. We work with the hardware you already run - Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet and Palo Alto among them - and we liaise directly with your ISP and vendors on your behalf.

Can we keep our internal IT team?

Yes, and Watch was built for exactly that: your team stays hands-on while we provide 24/7 eyes on glass, asset tracking and configuration backups. Manage and Optimize are for firms that want to hand network operations over entirely.
